Excellent communication and negotiation skills. She made the experience pleasant and timely, and we had an instant rapport. She negotiated the selling price down to my budget. She lowered her commission to help me meet my goal. She took care of an error in title payments She was proactive in checking for damages to the property after a severe ice storm. I highly recommend her and her agency.

Trisha has helped my wife and I find wonderfully perfect homes twice. The most recent was a long endeavor, 4 years, mostly due to me. With the housing market changing so drastically in 2021, we wanted our purchase to check every box to justify the increased costs. Trisha was patient, understanding, and treated us both with an abundance of grace throughout this multi year journey. Cannon Realty has a great team that helps in any way possible. Shout out to Chris Parker and Laura Mangiofico for covering down on showings when Trisha was unavailable. I can't say enough great things about this organization and it's people. 100% would recommend, and will use again!!

Trisha sold our house, and took very good care of us. She knows the market well, and found a buyer quickly. All we had to do was show up at closing and sign the papers. She did everything else.
