Trevor was a dream to work with. He made the entire process fun and easy for us. We were able to relax and enjoy looking at each house knowing we could trust his experience and knowledge on possible issues with each property. He was open and honest with each question we had and always responded back immediately with any concern. His negotiation skills helped us obtain our dream home that was originally listed out of our price range. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience with purchasing our first home.

This is our 2nd purchase working with Trevor and his team. He goes above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the process, and knows the market when it comes to negotiating. This last purchase presented some unique challenges, but Trevor did a great job helping us through it.

If you want to have a special, one of a kind experience, Trevor is the one you want. He is THE BEST of the BEST. We moved across the country, had to pick out all of our options and Trevor was there every step of the way. This is the third time we have used Trevor. We had other realtors (on the other side of the country) and they dont even come close to his expertise, friendliness and communication. We were never in the dar or left wondering. We owe him, so please use him! It was like working with an old friend. Thank you Trevor for being ao amazing! We will continue to tell everyone to use you!

If you need realtor, Trevor is THE guy. He was so helpful & knowledgable and knew all of the right questions to ask. He made us feel like we were his only client - he worked 1:1 with us to make sure everything went smooth. Always there when we had questions and willing to share all his knowledge about investment homes, the process, his experiences, etc.
