5 stars aren't enough for Tracy and her team. The prospect of selling in this market was daunting but she made this process incredibly easy. The staging of my home was done quickly and beautifully. And the photos, videos and subsequent marketing exceeded my expectations. Tracy was always responsive and happily held my hand through much of the experience. I truly cannot imagine having anyone else by my side for such a big move. Now and in the future

Tracy & Bailey were an absolute pleasure to work with and are a powerhouse in Evergreen (and far beyond) real estate! They helped us sell our house faster and for more than we ever expected and were supportive and amazing to work with throughout the whole process. They are both the perfect combination of professional and as-friendly-as-family. They also helped us buy our next home and are experts in writing the contract that will win in a highly competitive market. Tracy treats her clients like family and is so much more than just a broker, making her clients feel more like friends long after the end of buying or selling a home. I could not recommend Tracy more highly. She is both deeply professional and warmly personable. She looked after us, and every aspect of selling our house and buying another one in a different city, in great detail and was always one a phone call away. I highly recommend Tracy. She was a pleasure to work with, and her attention to detail in marketing our home was top-notch. Her stager, photographer, and videographer are the best in the business and really helped us sell our home in just 16 days, which is unheard of in the mountains. Here's the best way we can describe our experience: Tracy helped us land the property of our dreams even though there were numerous challenges (aren't there always). At the beginning, we tried not to get our hopes up and thought we would end up working with Tracy over many months in the competitive Colorado real estate market. When we were so incredibly fortunate to be successful on the first try, both my wife and I had the same thought: ecstatic of course, but also - we both said that we thought we would have more time to get to know Tracy.
