Alice was amazing in every way. She sold our home and adjacent vacant lot in record time which is exactly what we needed. We were in a contingency contract on a house in another state and needed to sell ours as quickly as possible. She is extremely hard working and keeps things moving during the whole process. The photographer she used for our listing did a fantastic job too. Not only did she sale the house and lot for more than we expected, but she sold both to the first 2 people that looked at the property. We only had to show the house once which reduced the amount of stress that comes with selling and buying a home. What you can't put a price tag on is her understanding of the real estate market in the foothills/mountain communities and all of her invaluable contacts and relationships with other real estate agents, county officials, septic contractors, etc. She knows the code regulations and permitting requirements for all things property-related. We could not have accomplished this as quickly as we did with anyone else. The whole process was streamlined. Tuppers Team is a well-oiled machine and the agents they have on the team are all top notch. The title company was also very responsive and on their game. We so appreciated everyone on the Tupper Team and all that they did for us.

Buying a mountain home requires a different realtor than most other kinds of real estate pursuits might require. We asked around the Jefferson County area and one name kept coming back: Alice Carmody. Alice shepherded us from day 1. She was extremely knowledgeable. Her responsiveness was outstanding. I really appreciated how she kept us current with everything that was going on and helped us navigate what is increasingly the difficult process of buying a home. She gave us counsel on where to buy furniture; setting up utilities; and understanding the uniqueness of mountain-living. I'm sure she is equally competent for those looking for homes outside of the foothills. In short, she is great!

Alice was generous with her time, always available, and instantly responsive to any and all matters that arose during our house search and purchase. Coming from another part of the country, we found her local knowledge very valuable and her adept handling of the house negotiation and purchase process very reassuring. Recommended without any reservations.

We feel so lucky to have gotten Alice as our realtor when we decided to sell our home in Evergreen. Our goal was to sell as quickly as possible and Alice got to work right away. We listed at a very unique time in the summer of 2022 - the big boom was slowing down and interest rates were beginning to rise. Her intricate knowledge of what was happening in the local real estate market helped us to price our home in alignment with this changing trend in the market. We were able to get under contract in 3 weeks. When we fell out of contract, Alice came up with a plan and an alternative plan and helped us get back under contract quickly. She was able to foresee things that we didn't even think of. For example, she negotiated in our contract that we would get to stay in our house for an extra 2 months after closing. That ended up being a godsend as we were moving out of state and weren't able to get into our new house as quickly as we had anticipated. She was very responsive to any questions we had, even the silly ones. She even gave us great advice for moving to her home state of Missouri. She suggested that we try to live near a lake and we ended up buying a house not only near a lake, but with a lake view, which we absolutely love! Alice did everything she could to help us realize our dreams and we will forever be grateful for her hard work and professionalism in making that happen.

Alice Carmody did an awesome job for us in the sale of our unique property. In fact, we don’t know that we could have done it without her, especially with the issues that came up during the sale and within the time frame required for the sale and details that came after closing. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Any time a problem or issue came up, she knew how to work through the problem, who to contact and how to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. We give her five stars and recommend her and her team to handle the sale or purchase of a property.
