Tracy provided great recommendations and in depth knowledge about up and coming areas to purchase a new home in. After discussing each child's requested specifications, she showed us different options in a budget they could afford. Over a three year period, Tracy helped us purchase two new homes for our children and sell our Colorado house after we had moved out of state. I highly recommend her for her understanding and passion to find a home that not only meets your needs but helps you see the future potential of the area.

Tracy originally helped us when we moved to Colorado in 2017. She made many of trips around the front range with my husband to find our house. When it came time to sell, we knew exactly who we wanted to call. Tracy got our house listed and sold in no time. It went under contract fast, but that one fell through. We put the house back on the market for more $$ and we had a same day full price offer. Tracy took care of everything from getting the house staged to the awesome pictures that were taken. She truly cares about her clients, and takes the time to listen and get you what you want. She's simply the best.
