I just listed and sold two homes in the Roseburg area with Veronica and Tom Gillespie and they were utterly patient, professional, and successful. Even in a crowded market and with homes that were more "fixer upper" than I was willing to admit at the beginning, they did a wonderful job coordinating repairs for me as I live 12 hours away. Guided me through the process with both facing unique challenges and came through with flying colors. I highly recommend them!

Veronica did a great job marketing and selling our house. Her comps were helpful in setting the price, she recommended good contractors to make the needed improvements prior to listing it, and she followed thru negotiating with the buyers. She responds quickly and listens really well. It was about as easy as selling a house can be.

Tom once again was a pleasure to work with. He helped me purchase a property that I intend to build a shop and a house on.
