We started looking at homes in our target area several months before we changed realtors and went with Joanne and Ricky Graham of the G Team. We couldn't buy a new home until we sold our home, so we looked and waited. The Graham's were very patient with us. They were always willing to show us homes on short notice and they were knowledgeable and honest about the properties. Eventually, we accepted an offer on our house and the Graham's immediately found a beautiful home for us to buy. The time frame between the closing of the house we were selling and the house we were buying was very close but the Graham's pulled it off, right on time!
