Seth was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. As well as caring and patient which we appreciate so much. There are a lot of nerves and questions when buying a home especially for first timers. But, Seth was readily available to answer questions or get the answers for us. We are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. We also would recommend him to anyone seeking a agent.

Seek no further, she is THE only realtor you'll ever need and everything you WANT in a realtor. Let me tell you, I am not the easiest person to deal with and a harsh critic but Larissa blew me away with how good she is at her job. I was actually working with another realtor for Oregon and set up an appointment with Larissa last minute when my realtor was unavailable. Sometimes one door closes and another door opens and that door just happens to be to the grand showcase. I've also dealt with realtors in another state and she was above and beyond them as well. She was accommodating, professional, communicative, and knowledgeable leagues beyond others in her profession! She is also so resourceful for everything you need in home buying even after the sale. I really can't recommend her enough! She is the only person i will use for my future home purchases!

Larissa is wonderful! As a first time home buyer with 0 experience, she patiently walked me through the entire process and was very supportive. Larissa was also always reachable and communicative, which is so helpful specially when you're hoping to go through the process without much lag. Highly recommend working with her!
