After my Dad passed my Mom decided to sell the home they had lived in for 50 years and move into a senior community. It was the right decision, but I had concerns that she wasn't ready to handle the challenges of selling the house. She found Tracey through neighborhood recommendations, and it was lucky that she did. Tracey showed patience and grace as she helped my Mom get through the sales process and had the amazing ability to help stage the house for sale with minimal disruption. She treated my Mom with kindness and respect and was protective when a prospective buyer appeared to want to take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend her for anybody looking to sell (or buy) a home in the area.

Tracey is an outstanding Real Estate Pro! We were selling our family home from out of state after the passing of our mother. Tracey made herself available for ALL aspects of the process from the initial cleaning and getting the home sale ready, to the final inspection process and closing. She did this in a very efficient and professional manner while also being extremely sensitive and personable throughout this challenging time.
