Tracey was amazing from the start. She understood the neighborhood, the market and most importantly how to get people to our open house. The house was in contract in 4 days and sold more than the asking price. She helped guide us through the entire process.

After my Dad passed my Mom decided to sell the home they had lived in for 50 years and move into a senior community. It was the right decision, but I had concerns that she wasn't ready to handle the challenges of selling the house. She found Tracey through neighborhood recommendations, and it was lucky that she did. Tracey showed patience and grace as she helped my Mom get through the sales process and had the amazing ability to help stage the house for sale with minimal disruption. She treated my Mom with kindness and respect and was protective when a prospective buyer appeared to want to take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend her for anybody looking to sell (or buy) a home in the area.

Tracey is an outstanding Real Estate Pro! We were selling our family home from out of state after the passing of our mother. Tracey made herself available for ALL aspects of the process from the initial cleaning and getting the home sale ready, to the final inspection process and closing. She did this in a very efficient and professional manner while also being extremely sensitive and personable throughout this challenging time. Tracey's knowledge base of the neighborhood, sales trends, marketing strategies and advice was impressive and super informative. And, she is just a very nice individual in general. We used Tracey to sell my in-laws home. We were not at all familiar with the houses in the area and Tracey spent the time to educate us. She worked tirelessly to help us prepare the house to be shown. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do. She made great suggestions on how to best stage the house. After six days on the market and a number of offers, the house sold for well over asking. Tracey made a difficult process easy.
