I first met Tori Beth Thompson in 2016 when I was looking to move back to Auburn. She helped me to find the perfect home to purchase in Shelton Park. Over the years, my home more than doubled in value. So, when it came time to sell, I naturally looked to Tori Beth. She evaluated my home, took superb photos, created an excellent marketing plan, and gave me great advice on how best to present my home. As a result, I received a full price offer on my home. Prior to closing and after I had moved, she checked on my home frequently and kept me constantly updated on the process. It was a very smooth and easy closing. At the same time, she helped me sell my father's home also in Shelton Park. She priced both our homes correctly and they sold within a few weeks. Tori Beth helped me buy AND sell this home, and she was incredibly helpful in the in-between as well. Anytime I needed a plumber, handyman, or to know where something was in town, Tori Beth knew it all. She made the home selling process a breeze, even with a buyer with cold feet. We had an offer the day it went on the market both initially and when we went back on. She kept me calm and confident that it was going to work out. She helped me find an electrician to make a few repairs and she even continued to handle things after I moved out of state. Tori Beth is an absolutely incredible realtor and if I were to come back to the Auburn area, she would be my first call.

Tori Beth was a true professional in every way. She was excellent in every way and made our home buying process easy! She was always extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with, always explained anything that we were confused on, and was very personable and easy to talk with without feeling dumb. She was not only a great realtor, but now we consider her a friend! Highly recommend!
