Susan was very knowledgeable about the housing market overall and my neighborhood. She took a lot of time to understand our goals and gave very good advice on how to prepare our house for sale. She also has good contacts for the home repairs/updates that were needed. She brought us two offers out of the open house and we accepted an offer a few days later. Susan ensured the escrow moved forward without a hitch and we closed right on time. I highly recommend working with Susan.

Susan was simply amazing to work with to sell our childhood home. We had just lost our Dad and she was incredibly empathetic, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She was quick to respond to any text or email, lined up buyers in a flash, managed much of the process locally since we lived a distance, and was a staunch advocate for us during negotiations and escrow. We honestly couldn't imagine being able to sell his house as fast as we did while still grieving his loss. She was a god-send!

Susan did a wonderful job from start to finish! She walked us through the selling process and was very open about what to expect. She did a fantastic job showing our home and getting us multiple offers within one week of listing it! We couldn’t have picked a better agent to work with in the sale of our home! We have now used Susan on eight transactions in Riverside. Susan's local knowledge and contacts within the Riverside market are extensive and invaluable when purchasing or selling a home. Furthermore, unlike agents I have used in the past, Susan is extremely forward thinking and proactive. I rarely ever had to reach out to Susan as she went above and beyond keeping my wife and I well informed throughout the process. In instances where we sold a home, we received more than the initial asking price. On homes we purchased, Susan always had up to date information on where the Sellers were in the process. As a result, we were able to make informed decisions which led to us getting the house we wanted each time.
