We didn't know Tom Ruch when we began our search and were seeking a local Realtor; he was recommended to us through a friend in the area. Tom was a great resource and support as we looked for an Ocean City beachfront condo. Our living out of the area added a challenge, yet Tom accommodated our limited ability to come to town for showings, plus effectively brought his local knowledge and connections to the process -- a great asset! I appreciated his insights into properties we considered and his good communication with us and also as an intermediary between us and the seller. Plus, once our offer was accepted, he was so helpful in recommending high-quality local professionals needed for inspection, financing, etc. Tom was great to work with!

Tom and I have been working together for a period of time with one goal in mind…sell one home and buy another in a specific location, simultaneously. We did it and it couldn’t have been done without Tom knowing exactly what I wanted and where! I received more than my asking price for my home and he was kind enough to negotiate and utilize some technics I never knew existed to get the property I wanted. I would highly recommend Tom if you’re looking for a realtor.

Tom did an outstanding job. He held the deal together. I have bought and sold many properties and nobody ever did more than Tom. You will be a fool if you use anybody else.
