Todd is a delight to work with! He’s genuine, honest, and open about what to expect. He listened thoughtfully to our priorities and remembered them in detail as we toured houses. We met Todd at an estate sale over a year ago and knew immediately that, when we were ready to buy, we’d be giving him a call. Our new house is perfect for us, and we could not have done it without Todd’s guidance and advocacy.

Mr. Todd assisted us in buying our home 16 years ago. The home we purchased was a great fit to raise our son. During this time Mr. Todd communicated with us regularly to see if he could be of service. My husband and I decided to sell and retire to a different state. We appreciated his sense of timeliness in making this happen. I believe he always had our best interest in mind. Even now...after our move, he checks in regularly. As a realtor I rate Todd10 stars on a 1-5 star rating scale. Todd was tremendously helpful. He has a sixth sense for negotiation. He always got back to me promptly. He is super knowledgeable about the building landscape in the area --- advantages and disadvantages as well as soil types. He referred several people to me that were instrumental in my decision to buy the property: a very thorough property inspector, a top notch handyman, and someone to clean up another property that I am selling. Since I live about 1500 miles away from the property I bought through Todd, his references were crucial for me. Todd went above and beyond what any other realtor has done for me over the years. Hands down I would choose him for my agent again.
