Mr. Todd assisted us in buying our home 16 years ago. The home we purchased was a great fit to raise our son. During this time Mr. Todd communicated with us regularly to see if he could be of service. My husband and I decided to sell and retire to a different state. We appreciated his sense of timeliness in making this happen. I believe he always had our best interest in mind. Even now...after our move, he checks in regularly. I highly recommend Mr. Todd to handle your real estate needs.

Todd was a great asset to us in our land purchase. We were referred to him by trusted friends and he went above and beyond our expectations. As a realtor I rate Todd10 stars on a 1-5 star rating scale. Todd was tremendously helpful. He has a sixth sense for negotiation. He always got back to me promptly. He is super knowledgeable about the building landscape in the area --- advantages and disadvantages as well as soil types. He referred several people to me that were instrumental in my decision to buy the property: a very thorough property inspector, a top notch handyman, and someone to clean up another property that I am selling. Since I live about 1500 miles away from the property I bought through Todd, his references were crucial for me. Todd went above and beyond what any other realtor has done for me over the years. Hands down I would choose him for my agent again.

Todd is intelligent, methodical, and has strong local insight and connection to western Colorado. Todd was able to identify a property that specifically met our requirements. There are many neighborhoods in Montrose, CO and many different builders. Finding the right configuration and placement can be daunting, but Todd was able to find a property with low maintenance, no HOA, limited zoning restrictions, and new construction. The perfect house for us. Strongly recommend this guy!

Todd was a huge help in selling our second home on Loghill. The last time we had sold a house was in 1985 and the process had changed significantly! Todd took us through the process with a wonderful understanding that an old guy like my self needs a lot of hand holding. He answered every question with patiences and compassion. He was always available, and when he couldn't answer a call, always returned the call in a very reasonable time frame. He went so far as to go out of his way to work with both parties in the transaction to make sure there wasn't any misunderstandings. If I ever have the opportunity to need help in real estate arena, Todd and United Reality Snuffels will be the only one's I will contact and use!
