Tina has been amazing in all of our transactions! Most recently she managed the remodel and subsequent sale of a rental condominium in Willowbrook. She provided us with numerous pricing scenarios when allowed us to make an informed decision. As we currently live in Texas, Tina met with numerous contractors and ensured the condo was perfect when it was time to hit the market! Tina's hard work paid off when we received a cash offer with favorable terms that closed with no issues! She and Eddie are amazing and we look forward to working with them again! (I may have emailed her yesterday asking about another property I saw online...)

Tina Marie and Eddie where so wonderful and easy to work with during the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house last year. They were knowledgable, available, responsive and supportive of us with our decisions. And they didn't stop their relationship with us after the sale and purchase of our houses, they continued to reach out to see how we were doing and to provide important tax information at year end. We couldn't be more happy with how the whole home selling and buying process went with them. Tina was absolutely AMAZING! So happy to have worked with her in the buying process and look forward to working with her when I decide to sell. She was patient, knowledgable, and experienced in the home buying process. She spent 2 days+ just showing me different options. When it came to buying she helped close the deal at $15K less than the asking price. I highly recommend Tina for anyone looking for an agent!

Tina and Eddie where really great. They were always accessible for questions, and they had great ideas for presenting the house. We would definitely use them again if we where to sell another place.
