My wife and I bought our first house with Matt as our Realtor. We had a very good experience. Matt was patient and flexible as we went about viewing several properties. He helped guide us through the process of picking the right house for us. When it came time to offer on the house he demonstrated his ability to negotiate by getting us a lower price and seller concessions. He was always very fast at getting paperwork done or returning calls/texts. We were able to close in just 30 days. After closing he helped us move some of our stuff to the new house using his truck and he has also been thoughtful by continuing to keep in touch after the sale. I will definitely be choosing Matt again in the future.

Matt helped my wife and I find our first home. He was extremely helpful walking us through the home buying process and the paperwork side of it. He was extremely flexible in his hours when we were searching for our home, and he chased several great options during our search. He helped us negotiate over $7,000 in closing costs on the house and really helped put us in the perfect home. I could not recommend a better person to find your next home!

The absolute professional from start to finish. His expertise and knowledge was extensive which came in handy during the negotiation where he helped secure a deal we almost couldn’t believe! He was not pushy or aggressive in anyway. He simply wanted to help us find our perfect home!

We were very fortunate to have been referred to Tim. This was our first time selling a home, and we had no idea what we were doing. Tim was all in from the start, he met with us and helped get a game plan for selling our house within a very specific time frame so our children and myself could start school in our New house in August. He had always been just a call or text away, always responding to our questions and keeping us current on the sale. If you are looking for a great realtor, look no further.

Timothy went over and beyond helping us. We had used a couple realtors trying to sell our home in the past and gave up hope because of several things that weren’t on our end. When we first met Tim we loved his energy in just his first approach! He was ready to go and make this happen for us. He is super friendly and understanding of all your needs & expectations. He promised to get our home a contract in 60-90 days (we had a rare property, so that was super exciting to us!) Tim got a contract on our home in 40 something days!!! & it sold!!!!! We are finally in a home (that Tim also helped us with!) that is big enough for our family and is absolutely perfect. He is there every step of the way and answered questions (we had probably more than your average person haha) even on weekends. He even showed us properties in the evenings and weekends due to my husbands work schedule and he was happy to do so! We needed someone who was dependable, worked hard, kept their word and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable ever. Tim is the best & any future purchases we will use him. Tim will not fail you!
