What a great Team! Bottom line: we had a contract above asking price before the listing went live. We wish we had come here first. My husband and I started looking for a home a year ago and turned to FYKES realty. We were intimated at first but John really helped us throughout the entire process. The market in Nashville is really crazy right now, and we were about to give up but FYKES stepped it up. They found our now home and it's absolutely perfect. Home buying is super daunting but FYKES really helped us.
