Matthew is fantastic and I can't recommend him highly enough! We were just getting started in our buying/selling journey when Zillow happened to pair us with Matthew one lucky day. We had such a great experience with him that we switched from a realtor we had been with to work with him. He was straightforward, down to earth, easy to talk to, super responsive, knowledgeable, not pushy, and really seemed to get us and what we were looking for. In both buying and selling he negotiated well on our behalf, went above and beyond helping us sell our rather unique house, and I felt confident he had our best interest in mind. He knows the Nashville area and market well and was there to answer any questions we had to successfully guide us through the stressful buying/selling process. Even after we closed on our house and something unexpected came up, he again went to bat for us and successfully navigated what could've been a stressful situation. You will absolutely be in good hands with Matthew and we will use him again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to move in the future.

Amy was my friend before she was my realtor. She is an outstanding human. Honest, entergetic, engaging and extremely smart. Amy knew we were casually looking for a home with very specific criteria. She also knew the market and knew when we needed to make moves, and when we should pass. My husband consistently practices healthy skepticism - so he isn’t the easiest client. Amy handled our questions and negations with ease and accuracy. We found, viewed, and went under contract in less than three days - and Amy’s persistance was the only reason it happened. There were multiple competitive offers but Amy knew what we needed to do to close. I now cook dinner in a kitchen that smells like my grandmother’s house and I’m forever thankful she made it happen.

Anthony was great to work with throughout the home purchasing process. We are moving across the country and had to navigate the buying process remotely. Anthony was responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the information we needed, sharing video tours and following up with answers to any questions we had. Anthony made himself available even on short notice and helped us find a great home. I would recommend working with Anthony, especially for anyone moving from out of state.

Amy was the best! So easy to work with, great at negotiating a good price, and knew a lender a good lender. I have worked with realtors in the past that were very out of touch - Amy understand my needs and wasn't there to sell me something that wasn't right.
