Thomas was the second seller's agent I worked with to sell my home in Edgecombe County and the experience was night and day. Unlike my first agent, Thomas was *excellent* at communication. He had showings for the home soon after it was on the market. He elicited consistent feedback from buyers' agents after the home was shown and provided me with updates. He worked to negotiate a reasonable selling price for me, including considerations of closing costs, repairs, etc. Thomas truly went above and beyond. Work with Thomas - you won't regret it!
