Tom is both extremely helpful and friendly. He offered plenty of practical advice without pushing his own personal preferences, and he knows that his clients' wants and needs are what matter in choosing a home. He provided good suggestions for homes to look into and was quick to retrieve and pass along information on others that I found in my own search. As a first time home-buyer I felt lucky to work with him; he made the process nice and easy.

From the moment I met Tom, I knew I was dealing with a person of great knowledge of the industry and knew he had my best interests in mind. Not only did he find me a great property to buy but also took great care in selling my former home. He made me feel like family and not a client. He helped find individuals to fix my former residence that performed a great job at a reasonable price. He helped stage my home and made terrific recommendations to help my home sell. My home sold quicker than I expected and for more than I expected. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone searching for a home.

Tom McDonald was very personable and knowledgeable. He's there for you and not just to make a sale or a quick buck. Stuck with us through a long process of looking for a home and always gave his personal opinion on the deal. I would recommend Tom over and over again to everyone.

Tom responded to my email request for more information on the property I was interested in within about 15 minutes of me making the submission. From there he moved very quickly in gathering information for me and getting me in to see the property ASAP. He drove out of his way to bring me paperwork that needed my signature when I wasn't available to meet him at his office. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for me and got my family into the home of our dreams.
