Kelly was amazing to work with and exceeded my expectations in every way. She was incredibly knowledgable and definitely great at what she does, I could not have asked for a better expererience. She really made the experience as smooth and easy as possible and I truly felt like she was on my side throughout the entire process and continued to stay in contact after the sale of my property. I can not recommend her enough, she truly is top notch in every aspect.

We worked with Kelly as our selling agent when we moved out of the area, and honestly, she set the bar so high that our buying agent didn’t even come close. She wasn’t just good at selling our home—she went above and beyond by helping us with the buying side of our move, even though that technically wasn’t her job. Anytime we had a question, she answered it. Anytime something didn’t make sense on the buying end, she explained it better than the person who was supposed to be doing that. Kelly was helpful and always on top of every detail—she basically held the whole process together while we were juggling a move and dealing with a buying agent who wasn’t exactly bursting with initiative. She kept us informed, handled issues before they became problems, and made a stressful relocation a whole lot easier. If you want someone who takes their job seriously, communicates like a real adult, and genuinely cares about their clients, Kelly is your person. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. If we could’ve taken her with us to represent us on the buying end too, we absolutely would have.

Kelly was recommend as a Wyomissing realtor with an excellent reputation, market knowledge, and a history of positive transactions. She provided timely answers about the property (which had been on the market many months with price reductions) and the sellers (we had an ill seller). My timeline to make the offer was compressed as I was only in town for a few days. Kelly gave me good advice on the offer specifics (she knew what the property was worth) and when it came time to negotiate with the sellers she was confident and provided a fair compromise for a seller who was in hospice and for me, the buyer. She was responsive and thorough. I would highly recommend Kelly.
