Absolutely incredible experience working with Thomas! He was incredibly accurate and always persistent with notations and getting things for us that we wanted. Thomas not only excels at identifying a home's strengths but also has the knowledge to point out areas that might need work or replacement, and how those issues can be factored into future negotiations. We initially focused on the Palmetto area of Florida, where Thomas’ familiarity with the local market and ongoing redevelopment was invaluable. He helped us tour several homes in the area, offering honest opinions about each one and ensuring they met our criteria. Tom helped my fiancé and I buy our first house. He created a couple separate days worth of house tours for us to help narrow down what kind of house we wanted (new build vs more established), what features were most important to us, and where our ideal location was. Once we found the home we loved, the selling agent was super difficult to work with, yet Tom handled it professionally and with ease. He was able to negotiate us a new roof prior to closing which was huge. We can’t thank him enough for all his time and effort!

Tom helped sell my condo in the Pointe West/Village Green area and he was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, had great suggestions on price adjustments…we even sold after our first price adjustment. He was easy to get ahold of and communicated the whole process thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Thomas was amazing to work with! He is incredibly patient and so knowledgeable. We weren’t exactly sure where or when we’d be ready to purchase a home in FL, but he never gave up on us. He helped us find the perfect place at exactly the right time, and drove all over FL to do it. We’re from Chicago so he did many video walk throughs so we could see exactly what we were getting ourselves into. I cannot say enough good things about Thomas. If you’re looking for a home in central FL, he’s the guy that will find it for you!
