Terri Boyer

We fell in love with the High Country after our first vacation here in 2008. We had such a connection to the area after many vacations, and even an engagement, that we decided to make it our permanent home! We met in college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida where Terri received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education as well as her Masters of Education in Reading Education and Derek received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. He later went on to receive his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from South University-Tampa. Terri taught fourth grade for a couple of years and spent a year teaching middle school reading before deciding to stay at home with their first daughter, Savannah. Derek has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2013 and mainly focuses on Emergency Medicine as well as Urgent Care. Terri and Derek have 3 children: Savannah, Paisley, and Maverick along with 2 German Shorthaired Pointers: Brownie and Happy. Terri and Derek's passion for real estate sprouted from their own home buying and selling experiences. They found a connection to all the intricacies that come with buying and selling and how confusing and overwhelming it can be to buyers and sellers. We quickly realized it was important to have a knowledgeable Realtor who was not only an expert in their craft, but who was also willing to explain in detail all the steps along the way, answering all our questions.
