We have sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes with Teresa Smith. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and honest. She will be up front in negotiations so the buyer/seller knows what to expect. We have used her 4 times so I believe that speaks for itself. She is a fantastic agent.
