Elle is a gem. She helped us get the most beautiful new home and made it a joyful experience. Buying this house was a life-changing step that I don't think we would have taken without Elle. As a first-time buyer, the process could have been daunting and overwhelming, but she made me feel confident and at ease. Her guidance through the bidding process, inspections, escrow, etc. exceeded my expectations. Elle is incredibly knowledgeable and organized. She has the patience of a saint. She kept us on track and always had or found answers to our myriad questions. She was transparent and candid about the process. Elle, with the Teresa Fuller Team, is an absolute gem in a field of endless LA realtors. After randomly encountering Elle at an open house summer of 2023, our family immediately clicked with her warmth and joyful personality, and thus began an almost year long correspondence until she finally helped us land the perfect spot. She went above and beyond to take us to as many open houses as needed, and her knowledge of the LA real estate market and neighborhood communities were vital to our journey and selection process (especially for younger/newer buyers). As soon as we set our eyes on 656 Laveta, Elle was quick to begin helping us gather all the necessary assets. Rob is a gem to work with. He helped us buy our first home from the other side of the country, and he made the process as seamless as possible. He not only has deep knowledge of the market and the process, but he was immediately able to discern what we were looking for and provided us with customized insights and honest feedback. Rob is fantastic. We were working with a very tight budget in a market with very low stock. Rob helped me and my husband understand what kinds of houses made sense for us, and then we strategized together to find some places. We visited a handful of open houses until we found our dream home. Rob made the offer right away. The seller's agent was awful. Told us they accepted our offer, then basically disappeared. The house went into escrow twice after that (not with us), but Rob was persistent, and every time the house came back on the market, he followed up. Finally, after two months and terrible communication on the seller's end, Rob was able to convince them to take our offer. He helped us set up inspections, and even helped us find contractors to do some of the work we needed done. He met people at the house to get estimates when we were out of town, all so that we would have the information we needed to negotiate credits back from the seller and to make an informed final decision about the house. When it was all over, I ran into the selling agent's assistant when he came to pick up their lockbox from our house and he said "your agent really fought for you, he got you this house." But we already knew it was true. Rob is highly communicative, open to feedback, and willing to put in all the effort to make your house dreams happen. He never made me feel difficult to work with, while also pushing me to be more open in this process. We highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a home.
