House buying can be a very nerve wreaking process but with Teresa it was a very such smooth sailing one. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She never forced us to take a decision nor influence us unless asked. She always gave her opinion based on her vast experience and help us secure a house that fit most of our requirements and one that we love. We had cultural demands and hence many a times we could not see a house but she was very understanding and ready to show us the next house. She made sure she was available, quick to response and ready to find an answer for all our numerous first time home buyers question. We would not have enjoyed this experience so much if it was not for Teresa.

I did not think that at my age I would ever buy another home. Teresa took the time to explain the process to me and she really was with me every step of the way. She called me one rainy day and said "I found the perfect home for you, meet me in 1 hour" so my wife & I did and she was right. The home is exactly what we always wanted, I am so grateful to her for making us feel so important and special. We found our forever home . I tell everyone about her and will recommend her every chance we get.

My bf had previously hired another realtor before I met Teresa & we weren't happy with the experience or professionalism. My parents then offered a phone number to a Realtor they knew, who had lots of experience & when I was interested in a home online, I was introduced to Teresa, who met me at that property I was interested in that same day. Even though it was late in the evening she made herself available. I was honest with her, & informed her I maybe working with the Realtor my parents referred me to. However, after meeting & saw her interest in helping us find our first home, I moved forward with her and never looked back. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. She was always readily available and went out of her way to ensure our closing process was smooth and legit. She's patient, kind, honest and trustworthy. Because of that, she will always have us as clients in the future and will be the person I reccomend to my personal friends and family. Had a great experience working with Teresa. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive on weekends and late evenings. She never seemed bothered to take my calls or explain what was happening as this was my first home purchase. She was a strong negotiator and helped me get a great deal. I highly recommend Teresa!
