I found Teresa to be very personable, knowledgeable, and well organized. I enjoyed working with her to find my new home. She listened to what I wanted in a new home and where I wanted it to location. She quickly answered my text messages when I had questions. I can highly recommend Teresa!

I have purchased 5 pieces of Real Estate in Rhea County, TN. I have purchased unimproved land 3 times and two houses. Not only was Teresa my agent when I purchased these properties, she was also my agent when I sold them, each time for a profit. I "grew up in a real estate office" where my mother was the principle broker. Mom retired before I started purchasing properties. The only person I'd rather have as my broker is my own dear mother. I once purchased a home that wasn't even on the market. Teresa found out that we loved the house, talked to the owners for us and the owners contacted us. We made them an offer, bought the house and paid Teresa the commission even though the house was never listed. Our first deal was in 2005, and our most recent one was 2020.
