Tasha listed our home for $415,000 and she sold it for $410,000. She is very professional and very knowledgeable, very easy to work with. I strongly recommend her.

Tasha is the best there is. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. She walked us through every step and made sure we were confident in our decisions. She was able to get us into a beautiful home that we didn’t think we had a chance at. But she made it happen! Her response time was always quick and efficient. We won’t use any other agent again.

Patient and Persistent, Tasha was quick to identify the stated and un-stated preferences for my search, and was extremely responsive and accommodating to long viewing days, last-minute viewings, offer drafting (as well as thoughtful advice in that area), and follow-through. I never worried that she was distracted, or that I wasn't a priority for her. Never pushy or presumptive, always collaborative. Complete with a sense of humor when appropriate. 11/10 "would recommend"!

Tasha Osbourne was the 4th realtor who listed my property for sale and accomplished what all the other realtors were unable to do and SOLD my property after it lingered on the market for years. We were referred to Tasha through another Sotheby's agent and his advice to list with Sotheby's was the best real estate advice I have ever had. Sotheby's has a stellar marketing strategy and Tasha was very aggressive with her advertising campaign. Tasha is very knowledgeable of the Marion County real estate market and equestrian properties. She is very savvy in her negotiations skills and her advice is spot on. Tasha is an excellent and highly responsive communicator. The transaction was complicated, but Tasha was diplomatic and held the deal together under difficult circumstances. I highly recommend Tasha and I am so thankful that I was referred to her through another Sotheby's agent. Best advice ever, thank you Tasha!

Tasha was absolutely stellar. We were first time home buyers, and she had our backs the entire time. She knew what we were looking for, found us the perfect home, gave us the best advice, and when I tell you this woman is a communicator, thats an understatement. She had no issue picking up the phone and letting us know every step of the way what was going on. Tasha is the SHARK of realtors, and will absolutely work hard for you. The biggest thing for me, is that whatever she said she was going to do, she did it. No hesitation. I'm so thankful for her, and will absolutely be reaching out to her for any future real-estate needs I have, and will always recommend her if your ever looking to buy a home.
