Seven years ago, my wife and I had all but given up selling our small home. It had been on the market for a year with a large realtor firm, with absolutely no movement. I had seen an add for Hope Realty that highlighted Tara and gave her a call. Within a month, our home had sold and we were so thrilled with the experience,that we asked Tara to represent us in our next home buying adventure. Again, our dream of a bigger home was achieved thanks to Tara and the time and effort she put in for us. We called upon Tara yet again to help sell our home of seven years, because of failing health of my mother-in-law. It took just a little over two weeks from the time the sign went up, to get a contract for full price on our existing property. Tara is a go getter and takes her work seriously. She's attentive to the needs of those who call upon her and always has the answers. This market right now is full of dishonest, new to the game realtors. If you want to waste time and watch your neighbors sell while you struggle,then call any realtor. But If you want to sell, do yourself a favor and go with Tara at Hope Realty. Great to work with. After our rental lease was broken by the owners' unexpected return from overseas, Tara and her team quickly found the right home for us. Not an easy task to find a rental that will take a dog and two cats on a real quick turn around! She and everyone we dealt with on her team (shout out to Rosemary) were always professional friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend them!

She was the best choice I made...she was one step ahead in every step of the process...we made the right choice NO QUESTIONS ASKED....and what I stood out the most was how she was able to work around my work schedule and accepted all my calls and she really fights for you and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the process...

Theresa has been a great agent. She is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. She has worked very hard for my family and have steered us through some difficult challenges. She has been great at keeping us focused on the goal and keeping us away from distractions. She is tough but also reasonable and has a way of bringing a business perspective into what can be an emotional experience. She sold my house in 4 days!!!
