Tanya Peterson is an outstanding real estate professional: knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, detail-oriented, kind, creative, and trustworthy. She is very easy to work with and one immediately knows one is in very capable hands. We feel extremely fortunate to have her as our realtor because she is hard-working, straight forward, and she will get the job done for her clients. A good realtor can make all of the difference in buying and/or selling a home, lessen the stress involved, and provide a beneficial outcome. Tanya helped me buy the Ballad Lane house 14 years ago so It was natural to ask her to help me sell the house when I was ready to move on. She stayed on top of what was happening and recommended ideas to make the house stand out. Once we had an offer, she kept me informed and I was happy with the final sale. I recommend Tanya to anyone who is looking to sell or buy in the West of Portland area. I have already asked her to help me find my next house.

Tanya is very good at what she does her communication with us was excellent. We always new what was going on and were kept in the loop, any questions we had were answered almost immediately she puts her clients first. Tanya helped us come up with a plan to sell out house and within a week it was sold for the price we were asking. Thank you so much Tanya I will definitely be going through Tanya with my future needs.

Tanya helped us through a tricky process and even helped us to find financing after our original plan fell through. She kept in touch with us despite it being a busy time and made everything work for us to get our land. Thank you!

Tanya led us to the house we are living in now several years ago. She listened and understood what we wanted, and upon entering this house we excitedly made an offer. The whole transaction went wonderfully. Since that time we have stayed in touch, have become friends, and so naturally we have turned to her to lead us in a new direction for the next couple of years until my husband retires from Pacific. We want to sell, downsize, and save our pennies until then for our big move to Florida where our daughters reside. She's already on it, working to make our next adventure as happy and successful as the present one turned out to be. Tanya is all the things listed above, and even more importantly MORE.
