Tanya was amazing to work with and knew the area very well. She was professional but also personable during the entire process. She went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed prior to closing. I would highly recommend her and would use her for a purchase in the future.

Within6 months, Tanya sold five properties in Oklahoma for me. They were all part of a trust administration and I have never seen the properties. I trusted her completely as she demonstrated expertise in all areas of the market and she sold all five properties quickly and at fair prices without complications. Tanya was professional and worthwhile. I reached out more than a year before she found a great property for me, and got better than I ever expected. She handled title issues that may have otherwise made the deal unworkable, but amended the contract to keep it alive. I would definitely use her again!

This is the second time I’ve worked with Tanya Daniels. The first time she helped me buy a house. There were some repairs that needed to be done and she handled every bit of it with the seller and myself. This time she sold a house for me. The buyers had a few obstacles to work through during the loan process. Tanya worked with lender and kept me informed the entire time. Very professional, detail oriented, excellent communication throughout the entire process. 100% completely honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended
