Thanks to Richie, my wife and I were very pleased throughout the process, from the first showing up through closing. He patiently and professionally introduced us to a number of properties. Richie is courteous and engaging. Always proactive, he responded to whatever questions or concerns we raised along the way.

Richie understood what I was looking for and gave me options that met those requests. Even when the locations I was looking at were outside of his normal area he was willing to help.

Richie was a pleasure to work with and helped us close on our first home! He was very patient with us as first time home buyers. He is also very thorough and flexible with scheduling throughout the process as well as keeping us aligned in communication and information which made the process very smooth and straightforward for us. Wouldn’t have asked for anyone else!

This was by far the worst experience yet and we have been looking for a house to rent for a month.She didn't show up so I finally got her to answer me and she showed the 2nd time and didn't introduce herself or even look at me!I was shaking when I left.NEVER USE HER

Richie did a phenomenal job in constantly being present and involved throughout the entire process. As someone who is purchasing a home for the first time he was patient and always respectful when it came to helping me with each obstacle in the process. Highly recommend!
