Tanja is our favorite. This is our second time using her as our agent during a purchase. She’s helpful, so so knowledgeable about this market, personable and easy to work with. She listens so well to what you are looking for. She found the perfect property for us before it even hit the market after looking for a long time in a tricky market, and was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. She had our backs during our negotiations 100%. Tanja’s so easy to work with and I’d recommend her to any of my friends (most of them already use her because she’s that good!).

Tanja is an excellent realtor. She was both responsive and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend her to someone looking to buy or sell at any price range. Her team knows the Moscow market well and is positioned to help everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors. We were moving at the time of the close and Tanja helped to facilitate and negotiate during a hectic period.

As first-time home buyers in a new town, we were ready and anxious to find a realtor. We met with Tanja and immediately knew that she was our person. Right off the bat, she was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her knowledge of the local market and home-buying process made us feel confident. Her eagerness to get to know our desires and needs made us feel seen and heard. Her sense of humor made an intimidating process feel light. She walked us through the home-buying process in a clear and concise way. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and was very prompt with her replies (via text, email, and phone). She accommodated our schedules for showings, helped us evaluate the homes we looked at, and when we found the "one", she was ready to write up our offer as soon as we told her 'let's do it'!
