Now that that the dust has settled, (Literally), I have time to write this review. Eric Ramsay Jr. represented my wife and I in buying our first home earlier this year. We quickly learned how stressful and competative the process of buying a home can be in this current market. Eric was awesome every step of the way! Every morning I would wake up multiple listings he would send me, which shows his dedication and attention to our individual needs. This is what distinguishes family owned businesses from corporate. We used Eric Ramsay IV for the sale and purchase of our home. He went above and beyond to find us a perfect house in this highly competitive market. He is professional and efficient. As soon as we got an offer accepted he quickly put our house up for sale, got pictures taken, and an open house set up all within a day or two.
