My wife and I formally engaged with the team of Tammy and Christopher after viewing an open house which they were listing. Both demonstrated a genuine interest in our home search, and we were impressed by their deep knowledge of the communities in which we were looking. Tammy and Christopher provided a wealth of information for us to be aware of, including concepts that we had previously not contemplated. Often times a realtor will simply ask very cursory, superficial questions about what the buyer wants, but not with this team. Tammy and Christopher asked important qualifying questions to hone down on the right area, community, and home that would serve us optimally. Additionally, we greatly appreciate their candor and transparency. They are ethical and objective and will provide all pros and cons on specific properties to which you view. A home purchase is a major life event and they are stellar at guiding you through the process without it being stressful. My wife and I have also considered buying a parcel of land and building a brand new home, and their team demonstrated a vast knowledge of a multitude of home builders we should consider. In summary, I have worked with many realtors over the years and was quick to move on once the contract ended. Our experiences with Tammy and Christopher have completely changed our mindset, and we will always engage their services to address our real estate needs!

I'm convinced that Tammy & her team @ Tammy Campbell McNelis (Plummer), The CP&M Luxury Team with Compass is the most professional and personal realty team that you could choose. Her and her teams personal touch and remarkable insights into the luxury real estate market overall, but most importantly to us the Tierra Verde and surrounding Pinellas County waterfront communities is beyond my expectations. I knew of Tammy by reputation prior to engaging her to represent & market our luxury waterfront home, but I was totally impressed with the extensive marketing, professional & timely showings and all the details involved in a successful sale. My experience with Tammy and her team at CMP was absolutely excellent. Her business is truly a family one with lots of experience in the St Pete market where they live and work. I’ve found that many brokers in Florida are purely transactional while Tammy is the opposite. She provides full service, advice on how to maximize the sale, marketing and staging expertise and help, and takes the ball and runs with it end to end which is exactly what we wanted. She deals with any pressures and pitfalls no matter how minor effortlessly and is a pleasure to work with. Her resources to support the sale including access to contractors if needed are extensive. A true pro and the very best.
