Mike was truly amazing. My family needed to sell our house in what has been an absolutely crazy market over the holidays and he was always available and responsive and put himself out so many times to make sure things got done. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When we are ready to buy again I will not hesitate to call Mike.

Michael and Tammie were recommended to us by a friend, and I am very thankful we took it! We were very nervous about this house purchase - not only were we living in Germany at the time, but we had never even been to Nebraska! Michael was amazing and went above and beyond anything we could have expected; he would go to the houses and shoot walkthrough videos during the day and then upload them that night to YouTube so that we could watch them the next morning (this sometimes took hours due to YouTube's slow upload speeds). Michael's knowledge of both the area and house conditions made my wife and I comfortable in the buying process despite the fact that we were not going to see the house until after we purchased it. I plan to only work with Michael and Tammy in the future, and will recommend them to all my family and friends (well, the ones I like that is).

They were extremely responsive to our goals. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and pleasant, and also took away the anxiety of what could have been a stressful situation.

Tammy and Michael were amazing to work with. They know the Omaha area, which is where we were buying. They helped us navigate our buying parameters and after looking at way too many homes, they advices us to expand our search criteria. Once we did that, the first house we looked at was it and they made it happen. So glad our family found the Rheiner crew to help us find our home.

Michael and Tammie were great! They were very prompt in answering our questions and were effective in moving the purchasing process along swiftly even during COVID. We were working with a relocation company which they navigated well. Would highly recommend!
