Taimi Guillot - Realtor Extraordinaire! We approached Taimi to help us sell our property, having experienced two other realtors whose enthusiasm in their trade was sadly missing, accompanied by a total lack of action. It has been quite a journey, not without its pitfalls, but at no time has Taimi's commitment to us and the successful sale of our property wavered. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of the process. We have thankfully now closed the sale and are enjoying our new home, but we will be forever indebted to Taimi for all her hard work and support. Taimi is a real go getter! She is on top of her game. She also goes above and beyond behind the scenes on social media to get your property viewed by many. Also appreciated that she has a professional photographer to the best pictures. I definitely will be recommending Taimi to anyone needing a realtor and forever friend.

Taimi was AMAZING! She guided me through every step and the processes that needed done. Her knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable and she basically handled everything. She gave me options and suggestions for the businesses that were needed to complete all the tasks needing to be done. She is honest and upfront. We did a VA Loan and closed in under two months. If we ever need real estate broker again, I know who we will be working with.
