Suzanne is extremely patient, very helpful, knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Suzanne took me to many showings and always researched them prior to showing. Therefore was able to answer any questions I had. She is wonderful, caring and always puts her clients first! Suzanne was always eager to show houses sometimes on very short notice. She understood what I was looking for and always sent new listings of my interest very soon after they were listed as to give me the best advantage in making offers. She was always available to answer any and all questions I had. I would recommend Suzanne to everyone! ~

Suzanne is a local, which was very important to me when seeking help in finding a home. Her local knowledge also helped me facilitate tasks with the bank and inspection. Suzanne went above and beyond to help us find just the right house for our family. She was patient with us as we looked at several homes before we found the right one in the right location for us. She helped us look at any and every house we desired to see and I'm sure moved her schedule around and worked longer hours just to accommodate us. We felt that Suzanne genuinely cared about our family and the quality, safety, and comfort of the home where we would be raising our children. She was our realtor, but quickly became a friend to us and we are forever grateful for her help.
