Sue was great. She handled everything for us while we were out of state, took care of showings, kept us posted on buyer feedback and offers, and worked with us throughout the selling process. She was really sharp, knew the process and the area, and got us multiple offers over the asking price. She even helped us out with a couple personal requests to meet with friends and family who had to get things out of the house before the sale. Really appreciated having Sue on our side!

Sue was amazing!!! The house was a wonderful home to us. If we had an issue she took care of it right away. Sue wasn't just a landlord. She became our friend. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about the ever changing landscape of the real estate world. The house we rented from her was a port in the storm for us. We celebrated many events in this house that will forever live in our hearts. My 50th, our wedding. The list goes on and on. :)
