Susan was great to work with! She was very knowledgable of the market, helped us list our home at the right price, was great at negotiating, and was great at communicating throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

Susan helped my husband and I sell our house and find our new perfect home and made the entire process painless and straightforward. Susan was very patient and would have an answer for us before we even asked a question. She was available at all hours of the day it seemed. Her knowledge and experience made us feel at ease knowing things would be handled correctly. She instructed us through each phase; the search, offerings, paperwork, negotiations. Susan made sure that we felt comfortable prior to moving to the next step of the process. We’re so happy we followed everything she said along the way and we highly recommend her!

This sounds incredibly stupid but this review is probably one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do because I honestly can not even begin to convey just how thankful we are to have found Susan and how amazing this whole process has been with her by our side every step of the way. Selling our house was a really difficult decision - one we literally took 2 years to finally pull the trigger on - Susan was patient with us while also giving us the reality check we needed, she made sure our house was ready so we could draw in as many potential buyers as possible, marketed it superbly and got us multiple offers OVER our asking price the first day of showings! You truly never feel like you're just a number or another client with Susan, she genuinely loves what she does and it shows. She has worked hard and fostered great relationships with all the local realtors which was how we ended up finding our new home before it even went to market! We are beyond blessed to have her in our lives and to now call her our friend. I could not recommend her more highly - she is and will always be our one and only recommendation to anyone who needs broker/realtor services.

I never thought I'd own a house. I didn't even think I'd own a *drawing* of a house. But when my landlords told me they weren't going to to renew my lease I thought, well. Might as well look into it. Susan saw my trepidation, utter lack of experience, and complete disregard for taking on the responsibility of home ownership, and she told me I could do this. When I told her firmly that I would always rent, she told me that wasn't a good enough goal. When I asked her if it was even possible for me to buy a house - *me* - she answered that it was. The "and please stop asking" was implied, but never stated. Which I appreciate. Buying a house feels like drowning. You can't breathe, you don't know which way is up, you're simultaneously floating and being crushed under the weight of everything around you. Susan took all that, talked me through all of it, and if I'm honest probably did 90% of the work while I wasn't looking. I think she's maybe the boat in the analogy, I don't know. It's been a few years since 4th period remedial English. I couldn't be happier with Susan and I'd shout her name from the rooftop if I didn't think I'd break something up there. Roofing's not cheap.

I don’t usually write online reviews but I felt compelled to do so for Susan Kadilak because of how amazing her and her team were to work with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan to purchase a new home. I was anxious to buy and Susan kept me from jumping on several properties that in hindsight would not have been a great fit for my needs. Susan’s top notch market knowledge and home expertise helped guide me through what otherwise would have been an extremely stressful process. Ultimately we found a great property that was exactly what I was looking for! She even gave me paint color and renovation recommendations and put me in contact with her network of contractors to do the work. There were too many things that impressed me to list here but I will highlight a few. Responsiveness was second to none. From the first meeting straight through closing, Susan was always immediate with a reply and follow up. Equally impressive was her willingness to roll up her sleeves and get a closer look at the homes we looked at. I knew I was in good hands when Susan climbed into the attic of the very first house we looked at to check the roof and insulation! Finally, her ability to keep the home buying process as stress free as humanly possible was truly amazing. I couldn’t be happier with her results and calm demeanor. I highly recommend Susan and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
