We had a truly disappointing experience with Tammy. From the start, her communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, which severely impacted the entire home-buying process. Despite our repeated follow-ups, she frequently sent paperwork late, causing delays that ultimately cost us the chance to purchase our dream home. Her lack of urgency and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, her fees were excessively high, far beyond what we had expected, and they only added more stress to an already difficult situation. We ended up losing money in the process, as her mishandling of key deadlines led to complications that we simply couldn't recover from.

Susan is energetic, enthusiastic, and positive about her listings. She works very hard, uses social media and is continually marketing. Susan is great to work with and goes above and beyond what I expected from a realtor.
