We were introduced to Sonia by Zillow’s website. We originally scheduled an appointment online and was assigned Sonia as our agent. The process was quick and simple to have agent assigned to us and start showing us homes immediately. Our first viewing was next day. Sonia showed up on numerous occasions to show us homes. Cat was absolutely fantastic! We looked for awhile because we had very specific wants and Cat was so patient and helpful through the whole process. This was our first time buying a home and she walked us through each step and was always available for calls and showings. She helped us settle on the most perfect house for us. We couldn’t be more grateful for her.

Not once did I feel pressured to buy. Sonia has patience and made time to look at several houses. She was able to add a house to my list at the last minute when it was cleared by the owners to go in, which saved me an extra trip. Sonia answered most of my questions with experience in the profession. If it remained a question she contacted me later with an answer. I found working with Sonia a pleasure. I did find a house and she helped throughout the whole process of closing on it.

Christian helped my husband and I buy our first home. Then five years later he also helped us sell the home and connect us with another agent to help us purchase our next home in another state. He is professional and quickly became someone we could trust to help us find the home we were looking for and made sure we got into the home even when he was not the agent that assist us in buying our new home.
