We would highly recommend Sue for the sale or purchase of a home. She has been involved in multiple transactions with us, as we have been both buyer and seller. Her knowledge and professionalism are superior!

When we decided to start looking we didn't know where to start. We only saw a couple of houses but when we found the one we wanted to settle down in - it was definitely not a walk in the park. We ran into so many issues with the financial institutions but Sue was always willing to explain something to us, willing to contact someone for us, and was driven to get us to closing. After about 4 months we closed - on a garage turned into a home. Even after we closed Sue stayed in touch and showed us comps in area for when we decided to do all sorts of renovations and upgrades to the house. I would definitely recommend Sue, she is very friendly, knowledgeable and she was timely with responses.
