It is a sincere pleasure to provide details of my experience I had working with Skip. My mother in law decided to sell her house in Ormond Beach and move to an Assisted Living facility nearbmebin Savannah GA and I was responsible for selling her home as well as the contents. My ability to be in Florida and hands on with the selling of the home would be limited. Skip was referred to me by my local realtor and he was very prompt in contacting me initially and that ready responsiveness was alway present while working with Skip. He was very reassuring to my elderly mother in law. He was like an extension of my family to me— he worked closely with our estate sell agent and coordinated schedules. He coordinated local services on my behalf as we prepared to close on the house. All in all , this transaction was remarkably smooth and issue free. I attribute this to Skip being our realtor. I am so grateful for his professionalism and generosity and his level of customer service. If you are looking for a realtor who will provide an incredible service, you really should consider hiring Skip. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I highly recommend Skip Stamper for all your real estate needs. Skip listed and sold my townhome in East Volusia in the spring of 2018. Skip assisted with everything including staging, making recommendations for upgrades/repairs before listing it, responding to offers and the closing process. His response time to emails and phone calls is immediate no matter the day or time. I received top dollar for my home in less than 30 days. All in all, Skip is a seasoned professional and very easy to work with.

I highly recommend Skip for his integrity, professional manner, and expertise in the local market. He is always available to help and offers excellent information and advice. He is also very patient and responsive to situations as they arise. I am out of state, but Skip kept the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while he sold two properties for me. Skip is honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

Sip was there through what turned out to be a very long closing process.. He was very persistent with making the process flow as quickly as possible. In the future if I ever need to buy or sell a house there is only one person that I would ever consider and that would be Skip!! Thanks again, Skip, for everything!!!
