Stewart came recommended to us by friends after we had tried three different local realty companies that showed little professionalism and lack of communication. After connecting with Stewart, he made the five-hour drive from the Bay Area to the Trinity Alps to meet and access our property and returned later to take marketing pictures. Within a week we were in contract with E&V and after finishing recommended projects, (to help improve the sale) we closed within a month but not before Stewart found an unfavorable financial mistake by the buyer's realtor. Stewart was attentive to our needs, gave exceptional advice and stayed in constant communication with us that we greatly appreciated. Stewart showed extreme professionalism throughout the entire process. He is so friendly and personable and that combined with his knowledge of construction and the real estate market gave us complete confidence in him.

Stewart helped me sell my late mother's home. This process was a nightmare for me, but Stewart and his team were supportive and patient, and helped to keep me optimistic when obstacle after obstacle were thrown at us. Stewart's knowledge of real estate is impressive, and he helped me navigate through what seemed like a never-ending and complicated stream of bureaucratic red tape. When we finally sold the home, thanks to Stewart's marketing and other efforts, I was able to get about 20% more than I was originally asking for the property. I really feel Stewart went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend him.
