Working with Steven was a pleasure and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He was attentive to our needs and helped guide us through the process. Even when it was really difficult and defeating at times. The man’s wife was 3cm dilated to give birth to their son and he was showing us a house, what’s that tell you about the level of dedication?!?!

Let me say this. With Steven being my brother and me being a first time home buyer along with my fiancé, he had a lot of pressure. I remember putting our offer in and talking with my fiancé and thinking we were long shots with the current market and using an fha loan. Well here I am a month later enjoying my front porch with the most satisfying feeling. It still feels surreal. I know there’s no way I didn’t drive him crazy with the non stop texting but it never showed. He worked very hard to make sure my first home wasn’t just a roof over my head but something we could build with. I am forever grateful where we are today thanks to you. Thank you

Steven is the absolute best!!! He was responsive right away with any questions or concerns we had as first time home buyers and helped find our perfect home within our budget. He went above and beyond, and was incredibly patient and understanding. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Steven!

Steven was tremendous. As first time homebuyers the experience was daunting and Steven did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the market, helping us understand the different complexities of each house, especially as it related to technical areas that we did not have experience with, and made himself available to us at all hours of the day and all days of the week. Steven came highly recommended to us and somehow managed to exceed those recommendations. If you are looking for a realtor, work with Steven King.

Steve was a wonderful asset to our journey as first time home owners. He goes above and beyond to ensure each property is properly toured and shares his knowledge along the way. If there are issues he lets you know immediately without sugarcoating things for a sale. Very responsive with requests and puts you at ease that he has your best interests in mind.
