Steve has spent a great deal of time helping look at a large number of homes in Skagit County, until I found the house that was right for me. He helped me purchase a bank foreclosure home without any hassles. Steve's knowledge made the process easy. As my interest have changed to including an income property Steve is always prompt in responding to any inquiry I have had about a property & has made time to show me any house I have been interested. He has been great to work with.

I bught a fixer from Steve in 2013 to live in and remodel. In 2015, he sold it and I had a tidy profit. It was great to have someone to knowledgeably handle all the paperwork.
