Steve is incredible, and I couldn't recommend someone more! Not only did he assist us prior to our contracting him as our agent, he also went above and beyond as our agent. We lived several thousand miles away from the home we were buying, and Steve was great about communicating with us every step of the way, as well as going above and beyond in representing us and ensuring that our best interests were always his priority. We had other agents at home, representing us in the sale of our home, and none of them came anywhere close to Steve's abilities or professionalism.

Steve represented us remotely and was definitely our advocate through the entire process. With several bad experiences with realtors when selling our home in Alaska Steve was a breath of fresh air, he was there for us whenever we called, he followed through on everything he said he would, he found answers to all our questions and kept us totally informed. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling or buying a home.

Steve is professional and friendly. I had specific things I was looking for in a land purchase and he searched until he found exactly what I was looking for. He then helped negotiate a price that was agreeable to both parties. Steve was always available to answers questions (and I had a lot). This was my first land purchase and he researched things I was unaware of in purchasing land (PERC test?). I would highly recommend Steve to anyone wanting to purchase real estate.
