He WAS our agent. He told us we were under contract & even sent a contract to our mortgage lender to move forward with the purchase. However, he "misunderstood" the paperwork which resulted in us NOT being under contract, the property was then sold to someone else, and we are now out a LOT of $$$$$ because of his poor handling and understanding of the legalities of buying/selling property, and lack of email review/actions with the selling agent when the agent advised him there were now multiple offers (this notice came in well after he told us we were already under contract)!

I recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home would contact the best in the business and that is Steve. Steve worked non stop in finding me the home I wanted and the price. I have contacted Steve during business hours and after and he has never failed to respond to my calls. I certainly contacted him a great deal. I can honestly say that Steve is dedicated to his making his customers happy. Steve is a very honest person and he keeps his word. You can trust and believe what he tells you. I highly recommend Steve for all your real estate needs, you will not be disappointed! Steve ,Thank you for all that you have done to make my dream come true!!

Steve is an excellent agent with a focus on listening to your questions and thoughts without emphasizing his own interests or listings. Steve does everything within his power to get you in and on a property that is convenient for you as the client. Steve never says no to a request for information on a property.<br/><br/>Steve helps assist with survey options, engineering solutions, construction companies, etc. to give a buyer resources needed to make an educated evaluation and proposal on property.<br/><br/>Steve is a "GO TO AGENT". Anyone wanting to make an intelligent and informed decision on real estate transactions should involve Steve.

I found Mr. Steven Mason to be a man good to his word when he helped me buy a home in Harrogate, Tn. He was always candid and truthful with me in every way leading up to the closing. Even before the closing if there was some issue I needed resolved he was very kind and patient with me until I was satisfied.<br/><br/>I especially appreciate the fact that even after the closing and his work was completed he still continued to be helpful and accomodating. In other words I did not end up in a ""Buyer beware situation."<br/><br/>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr. Mason as a real professional in his real estate endeavors.
