My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Steve after he helped us land our first home in such a competitive market. It wasn’t easy—we interviewed five different agents and saw lots of houses before we found Steve. He was a total game-changer. Right now, houses that are in our budget have often been going under contract in less than 24 hours - sometimes to buyers skipping inspections, who were making offers tens of thousands above list price. We definitely could not afford to do that…. thanks to Steve’s expertise, dedication and responsiveness, we didn’t need to. And he never made us feel rushed or pressured. We always felt confident in his knowledge and suggestions and in his skills in communicating with the listing agents. Now we’re beyond excited to have just closed on our first house! We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again when we’re ready to sell this house and level-up to our next one.

We couldn't have asked for better service! Jamee was with us every step of the way from listing to closing. Even with several stressful buyer issues that came up, she remained positive and encouraging and reassured us that we would be successful. And we were!

Jessica was great at communicating back and forth with us through the whole process. We'd worked with other Realtors that didn't have the best communication skills or felt very pushy towards getting something that we didn't want, but Jessica really listened to what we wanted and was very helpful through the whole process with any questions we had. I highly recommend Jessica Egge as a realtor.

My house wasn’t an easy going experience, it was messy and complicated. Jamee was on top of EVERYTHING! Couldn’t have had a better person for the job!!! Highly recommended!
