Steve did such an amazing job helping us find our first home! As first time home buyers we did not know the first thing about buying a home. With his many years of experience and knowledge in real estate, he walked us through every last step and answered every question! He is always looking out for his clients best interest! I highly recommend, and will be using Steve again in the future!

Steve was AMAZING! He helped us find our "forever" home AND helped us sell our current home. For our purchase, he helped us negotiate a great price based on information and experience that he gathered from the market and the homes characteristics itself. There were so many things we didn't know that factored into our homebuying, even though this was not our first home. When it came to selling our current home, he was able to give us great advice and expertise on how to make our home attractive to buyers. He pointed out important areas that we needed to address. Many of his points costed little money, but increased the desirability of our house tremendously! We cannot help but believe that no one else but STEVE could have put these complicated puzzle pieces together for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to any and all questions me and my fiancé had. Would highly recommend to any homebuyer looking for a veteran real estate agent.

Excellent Overall Experience! After spending a couple of years looking for the perfect home online, we called Steve. He helped us to finally find our dream home when we didn't even know it was there. Steve was able to immediately determine our needs, likes and dislikes which enabled him to find us the home we were looking for in a very short amount of time. He was extremely accessible and answered calls/texts quickly. The advice and guidance that he provided demonstrated his expertise and tremendous knowledge. In negotiating our deal Steve was fair, honest and put our best interests first.We have purchased 7 homes over the years in different states and because of Steve and his team this was our best buying experience.
