Steve did an amazing job in assisting with the sell of our house in Nassau County. The sell price on which we landed was spot on, and Steve knew exactly how to market the property to get maximum exposure and interest. He is an incredibly hard worker, trustworthy, and well-connected in his field. Steve is personable and a great communicator. We always knew what was going on at each point in the sell. Ultimately, he truly cares about his clients, and that is a huge plus that sets him apart. We would use Steve again for our home buying or selling needs without any question.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Steve. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Stephen is a true professional. His expertise and knowledge of the current housing market and selling process on Long Island were extremely valuable in assisting me in the sale of our family home. This was an Estate Sale and as the executor I was located out of state in Michigan. Stephen's communication and follow up were impressive, he really sets the standard when it comes to being available and communicating effectively. He would even pre-schedule phone calls because of my busy schedule and take calls after hours when I was on my way home from work. This sale had many moving parts and Stephen ensured that everyone involved was always in the loop and knew what was being accomplished and what the next step was. I knew I could trust him, and the insight that he shared from our first phone call to the day of the closing was right on target. During the process Stephen was respectful of all the parties involved and it was clear that he has a strong network in the industry that respects him which proved to be very helpful during the sale process. He understands the details of an estate sale and I would highly recommend him for this type of sale because it is important to have a realtor that knows the details involved to execute this type of sale properly. I have already recommended him to others, and he would be my first phone call if I had another property to sell in New York.
